Guided Meditation Sessions

These are sometimes referred to as "Dream journeys", because you are taken into a very deep meditative state and then embark upon a journey. This can be a journey to facilitate general healing and relaxation, or it can be a very personal journey to obtain insights and answers. The detail of the more personal journeys or meditations will be worked out between us depending upon what you wish to achieve. Maybe you want to meet your guides and possibly ask them a question. Maybe you want to clarify what is most important in your life. There are many possibilities.

A very deeply relaxing and insightful meditation. This usually takes around one hour. €25.
