Reiki I hand position CD.

A useful training tool for all Reiki students and practitioners. The CD talks you through each of the standard hand positions and the Physical, Emotional and Spiritual use of them. Set to a backing of relaxing music and lasting for a standard treatment time, this is perfect for use in the 21 day self cleanse period. Many of my students continue to use it for each of their self treatments. Time 1 hour.

Guided Meditation CD's - watch out for new additions!

I have recorded Guided Meditations which are very effective at training you to relax and let go without having to spend hours trying to learn to meditate.

They all start with a talk through of a physical relaxation and then proceed to take you on a journey into relaxation and a meditative state. The exact content varies with each CD title. You are then talked back out of the meditative state leaving you relaxed, and refreshed.
